At Sian Luxe, we aim to deliver your favorite styles quickly and safely. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy below:

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping may be available soon (please contact us for details).

2. Once the order is placed the order will be shipped in 5 to 7 days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2000.

  • For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹ will apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD fee.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or pre-order items may take longer to process (details will be mentioned on the product page).

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking details.

  • You can track your order status through our courier partner’s website or via the link provided.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for select pin codes only.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package.

  • Orders placed via COD are subject to confirmation calls or messages before dispatch.

8. Undelivered Orders

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

9. International Shipping (Optional – if you plan later)

  • Shipping charges and timelines vary depending on the destination country.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
