At Sian Luxe, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Sale, clearance, and custom-stitched products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Accessories, innerwear, and dupattas are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@sianluxe.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

  3. Once approved, you must ship the product back securely in its original condition.

    • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / store credit.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order items.

  • Final sale or clearance products.

  • Gift cards, accessories, and intimate wear.
