At Sian Luxe, we understand that plans change. Our Cancellation Policy allows you to cancel your order under the following conditions:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, please email us at support@sianluxe.com with your Order ID and request.

  • If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order may already be in processing/shipping.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for cancellation.

3. Order Cancellation by Sian Luxe

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product out of stock.

  • Payment issues or suspected fraud.

  • Incorrect address or incomplete contact details.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
